Final Table Set for the 2007 WSOP Main Event

The final table is set for the Main Event with nine players remaining. Today will be a day of rest and play will continue tomorrow. Scotty Nguyen, “The Prince of Poker,” busted out only two spots away from making the final table himself. At one point he had 15.5 million in chips and it only took three huge losing pots to end his amazing run.

“When you’re playing good, you get too cocky and too confident and you give players no credit,” he said. “That’s what happened. That’s taking nothing away from all these players. They’re great players. That’s the reason they’re here.”
